No way to answer this one.
Depends on the person, for one thing.
And, you would have to go and really try them all, although even that wouldn't prove anything, since it would depend on where you tried.
I mean, New York City is not the same kind of place as Oscoda, Michigan, so it wouldn't be fair to use either one as the basis for defining life in the USA.

Iraq is at the top of my list. The others on it are located at the State Department's do-not-travel list, which is updated regularly to advise Americans where it is unsafe to live and travel. Every country has one.
