During the early-1980s through mid-1990s my experiences were largely good. At some point after this, I think it was a share-price maximization drive at Pepsi, they started tinkering with the quality of the ingredients. Do you remember the lawsuit with Papa John's? Papa John's had mentioned that Pizza Hut was not using fresh ingredients. Pizza Hut did not dispute this but did not want Papa John's using this in the Papa John's advertising. Long before I had even heard of Papa John's I had grown tired of Pizza Hut. The pizza just started sucking. Now the Pizza Huts are often combined with Yum Brand's other properties. Anyplace that sells fried chicken and/or tacos in addition to pizza, well I'm sorry, but pizza is likely to be atrocious.

I love pizza hut's pizza, but I finally had to quit ordering from there because the service is so horrible. At least, it is at my local pizza hut. Everytime I order either they forget something or my pizza is made wrong. I also think they are overpriced and their delivery fees are outrageous. They deliver my pizza to me less than 3 blocks away from them (I am at work and can't leave or I would just go pick it up). They should base their delivery fees on how far they have to go. Also the people who work at my local pizza hut are pretty rude. Once when I was eating in the restaurant one of their servers was walking around the dining area cussing because she was mad she had to stay 5 minutes later. I thought it was very unprofessional. I was embarassed to be eating in there. 99% of my experiences with Pizza Hut are bad.

The last time I had a good Pizza Hut experience was when I was 5 and we went to the one in El Centro for lunch. I got a Star Wars glass with Ewoks on it and I remember listening to Wham! on the radio. That was also far enough back that I didn't care how bad the pizza was. :P

I love going to Pizza Hut. There Lunch buffet is really great.

I used to be an assistant manager at PH. I can remember when I was a waitress and was serving tea and the tray was full. I picked the wrong one up and the whole tray of tea went in the ladies lap. I apologized to the man again when he came up to the register and he said that it was okay because she burned the house down last week (by accident). I also have a bad experience when I was fired because of a robbery. Policy dictated that I be fired but I could only think that it wasn't enough for my cook and me not to get shot butt I had to get fired over it. I got a better job and have been at it for 17 years. So it turned out for the better.

Well, I got into a fight with a girl and kicked her a*s and got kicked out. It was good because I like beat her up and it was bad because I wasnt able to eat my pizza =[ But that girl deserved it!
