did u know if u pay an agent for hamper savings club and they dont pay it u dont have a leg to stand on with getting ur money back? even if u have u payment card as proof of monies paid

It never fails to amuse me the differences between America and the UK. I would think if you have proof of said payment then it should fall back upon the agent for said hamper. Or the savings club should honor it. I have no idea what I just typed however hope it helps.

Take them to the small claims court.

They are always sympathetic to single claimants against companies.
