Actually validity is really just common sense.

If it's giving you something for nothing, then it's a hoax.

YOU DON'T ,THAT'S WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO, SO THEY KNOW THAT YOUR E-MAIL IS GOOD . JUST MARK IT AS SPAM AND LEAVE IT AT THAT.
