well, orlando is getting a good bit of rain from alberto, but with todays weather you never can tell when a hurricane is gonna strike. As for tornados I don't think you should worry about that. But i would just wait and enjoy your vacation, Orlando can be pretty fun

Hurricane Season runes from June 1 til sometime in November...
hurricanes aren't scheduled on a calander, its not like "hey its june 25th looks like a good day for a hurricane"
hurricanes are not spontaneous, people are given plenty of warning, some people just don't heed these warnings to get out...
anyway, Orlando is in teh middle of the state, the worst thing that can happen is if you're in a hotel the power may go out...
whatever hotel you'll be staying at will probably call you before you leave if there is a tropical Storm/hurricane on its way

The National Weather Service is predicting a worse hurricane season this year. As if it could be any worse than the 2005 season. There is no way to predict when or where exactly, but I checked with this years Farmers Almanac and it predicts from the 23 to the 30 of June to be Thunderstorms then cool. Quit worrying so much, it takes the fun out of your life. Be happy, your going on vacation.

I wouldn't worry about a tornado. I'm a native and haven't even seen one except on the news. Hurricanes are a different story. We are going to have a tropical storm tomorrow which is the first one of the new year, so it is possible that we could have another one by the end of June. However, I can't predict the future.

Tornados? No... hurricanes... possibly. But I hope not, because I'll be there that week too! Don't worry too much. Orlando is inland enough and rarely gets hit hard. Have a good vacation.

Tornadoes are really uncommon. I live in south Georgia and I have never even seen one. Hurricanes are not predictable, but just take a chance and keep planning your vacation. All you can do is pray ;) Florida really doesn't have that many hurricanes, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama have a lot.

It is hard to say because the National Weather Service does not know when a Hurricance will hit an area but if you are afraid to travel to Orlando because of a Hurricane, you should consider postponing your trip.

There's no way to know 100% now but it looks like you'll be ok. But if a hurricane hits and there's an evacuation most major resort areas have reimbursement plans or refunds for you cutting your trip short or if you can't go at all.
