9x^2 = 30x - 25
9x^2 - 30 x + 25 = 0
(3 x - 5)( 3x - 5) = 0
therefore 3x = 5
wherefore x = 5/3

Well I passed maths in College by 90%; a whole 9% above the next highest student and that doesn't seem to make sense. What's it meant to do or say?
Like ok, 9x squared may well = 30x-25 but there's no way to work it out. If it was a similtanious equation, with another like it below then ok, but not as it is.

9x^2 = 30x-25
9x^2 -30x = -25
x(9x - 30 ) = -25
ie; x = -25 or 9x - 30 = -25
9x = 30-25
9x = 5
x = 5/9
x has 2 values = -25 or 5/9

9x2 – 30x + 25 = 0
9x^2 – 15x – 15x +25 = 0
3x(3x-5) – 5(3x-5) = 0
(3x-5) (3x-5) = 0
Or (3x-5)^2 = 0
i.e. 3x-5 = 0
3x = 5 (add 5 to both sides)
x = 5/3

9x squared = 30*-25
(9x)^2 = 30 * -25
81 * x^2 = -750
x^2 = -750/81
x^2 = -9.26
x = square root of -9.26
which is INVALID!
