How would you react if I told you it was used in a Bratz cartoon, shown 4pm?

If you call someone a "dickwad", you are calling him a jerk, idiot, loser, @sshole, etc. It's just a juvenile insult once common in the U.S. but not heard much anymore...

Is a disparaging remark I think it means that somebody is an idiot (just meant a bit stronger) but I think I would be majorally pi**ed off if I heard it in a cartoon at any time of the day. That's totally unacceptable
