What one considers a toy varies by age and temperament, but we all have the same gen'l idea I think. My favorite is the ubiquitous DC motor. Hofstadter used to ask people to guess how many little motors were in there homes, they'd say like ten, when the number is more like 100. Motor are important, generate electricity fairly efficiently, and, well I life them. The other would be Estes model rockets. And anything at all from Edmund Scientifics!!!

my girlfriend has this little white vibrator that she LOVES, whenever i go downtown i use it along with my tounge and a few fingers.
