ITs been hot here in old blighty for a good week or so but today it was much more humid and felt much heavier.

I ended up with a headache and a pal told me it could be due to pressure changes in the weather or somehting.

Anyone care to elaborate on this?

This has to do with your sinus area in your head. Most people have enough space between gaps in the cavities, some do not. Changes in the Barometric pressure/weather cause sinus cavities to expand slightly. When there is no space to accommodate the expansion contact results and a headache ensues. Take a aspirin and call a nose and throat specialist for medical options!!

Yup.

Absolutly.

Generally I can count on a really nice headache when the preasure changes from high to low relitivly quickly.
