The bully should be reported immediately to the teacher and more specifically the principal of the school. If that fails, the parents should contact the parents of the bully to discuss the situation. If that fails, the parents of the child being bullied should report it to the police. Bullying in school is a serious situation and can develop into something more violent if it is not (the bullying) addressed immediately and firmly.

WELL FIRST TELL HIS PARENTS, IF THE SCHOOL DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT, THEN CALL THE COPS. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. IT'S HARD WHEN YOU HAVE A BULLY, BUT YOUR FRIEND SHOULD'NT BE SCARED. DEFINATELY TELL A TEACHER, PARENTS, SOMEONE WILL HELP. COPS WILL DEFINATELY HELP YOU, HE MIGHT EVEN GO TO JAIL.
