All developers, or analyst have had, or will have problems with users someday!, lol.
The relations with the users are not exactly easy, specially because they are not used to think in a analitic way the proccess.
But, part of the work of the analyst and developers is to improve the comunication with the users, with examples, ideas, trying always to make documents in order for the user to be clear your ideas, as well, as for you to be clearier what the user wants from your work.

I personally do not have, but I read many complaiments from other users about unfair abuses!
