YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO STOP HAVING SYMPTOMS. FOR ME, IT LASTED ALL THROUGHOUT THE PREGNANCY. GOOD LUCK AND DON'T WORRY SO MUCH. IT IS VERY NORMAL TO QUIT HAVING SYMPTOMS. IF YOU ARE REALLY CONCERNED TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT IT.

Every pregnancy is different. There are some days when I feel pre-pregnancy normal, and there are days like today that I want to go home & go to bed. I've read that as you approach the end of your 1st Trimester, symptoms like Morning Sickness lessen. If you start spotting or bleeding heavy, then I'd be worried and calling a Doctor.

I don't know if it is not normal, but it is great to hear. I can say I am very lucky on that part.
When I first got pregnant two years ago, I never had any morning sickness or heartburns. The only symtom I ever had was sore nipples. Now I am pregnant again and the same thing is happening again.
I only find myself having to urinate more often but other than that everything is going smooth. Congrats!!

You are fine. You'r body now realizes it is in for a change, and you are just lucky enough to not have the symptoms last. It's ok, I only had morning sickness once or twice, in the begining of my pregnancy and no other symptoms!

I think it is normal, many women that get very sick with pregnancy will usually start feeling better around the 2nd trimester. If you're 10 weeks, you are very close to that. But next time you have a doctor appointment, just ask and he/she will give you some information about it.

it's normal....actually, you're lucky to have those symptoms stop so soon. it just means your hormone levels are balancing out. i see you're a mamma of 3 (i am too--my third is on it's way i'm 9wks) with each successive pregnancy, things tend to happen a little faster, as your body remembers the proper "responses" to the pregnancy--after all, it's been thru this before.
if you're really concerned, try the website below and mention it to your doctor.

Once your body adjusts to the hormones produced during pregnancy then the symptoms you mention usually taper off sometime during the first trimester.

If your really concerned you should see your doctor. I have a 6 month old son and for most my pregancy I was not sick at all. He is perfect and has few health problems. As long as your doing as the doctors told you, you should be fine. But if your real concerned, contact your doctor.

It isn't "normal" but it isn't unhealthy either. Just consider yourself luck to end those symptoms a little early!
