i thought Italy vs. Ghana was a great match but it seemed to me that Ghana should have received a couple PKs. What do you think?

Yes, that is so true. Everyone always wants to see Italy win. The ref was a cheat. I wouldn't be surprised if just like Serie A the ref was getting paid for the match, by the Italians. Although I know I'm going out on a limb saying this

The one where the Ghana player was sort of shoved by the Italian might be deserving of a PK, the other one wasn't. The referee has to make a decision in a split second.. and from his POV it wasn't a PK, nothing to do about it now.

The one where he slipped the two defenders I thought may have deserved a call. You can kinda see his leg get clipped by a defender as he was going by. Ther was one more where there was a shove on a guy going after the ball. That I thought was more deserving then the slight clip. I think Ghana may have deserved one or the other of the PKs.

the extra useful team lost, oh please. Ghana had possession lots of the 1st a million/2, they performed their hearts out and gained it interior the tip. As for the U. S. having expertise they particular did no longer use it because of the fact they needed fortunate on their edge in tying the video games like the did interior the around robin. For the comments on flopping/appearing, please, the U. S. did it purely as plenty, there become a number of calls on the Ghana team that no longer something occurred or it become a criminal circulate. you think of those are undesirable then you rather needless to say by no potential watched soccer beforehand whilst it become worse with adult adult males like Maradona enjoying.

I think overall, it was a well officiated game. There were some that could have been pk's, but the official doesn't have the benefit of instand replay or slow motion, so I would rather see him make a no call, than call a pk that shouldn't have been one.

I dunno. I think it was pretty fair. Plus there was that really bad tackle the Ghana player made on the Italian player just after the offside whistle blew so it was unpunished. That deserved a penalty more than anything. I was quite ashamed to be supporting Ghana when they did that.

nah. If u look at it from the camera angle, maybe. But u gotta remeber that the ref cant be everywhere. But if your refering to that play where he split between the to italians, that was obviously a dive.
