I don't remember exactly where they are and I doubt many people do. Your best bet is to look in your journal and search all the places where you missed treasure chests. All the chests in the game are easy to find if you look. Also, you might not be far enough in the game to get them all yet. I would just wait till you get to the save point right before the final boss(you will know when that is) and go back treasure hunting. Good luck.

you can find one in the library in Disney Castle before you speak to Minnie. (1st visit)
Another one is in the Oasis in the Pride Lands. (1st visit)
You can find another in the cave you enter after you fight Heartless alone with Leon, Yuffie, Cloud and Tifa helping you. It's in Hollow Bastion. (I forgot which visit ^^;)
In your second visit to the Land of Dragons, go to the Throne Room in the palace and open the two treasure chests.
You can also find one in Agrabah, when you enter the chamber underneath the monument, just before you escape and fight Jafar. (2nd visit)
