it's pretty normal...the chart i'm looking at right now says you should weigh between 120-150...so you're within that.

I am 5'4 and 135 lbs. I think I'm a pretty average size (weight) for my height. I think 141 lbs for 5'6 is just about right. People that are not necessarily tall (lol) should be between 120-150, depending on the bone structure, age, and body type.

141 is pushing it for your age. Also, it really depends on if you are carrying your weight in fat or muscle.
Look at your folks and their folks. If your family tends toward weight gain as they age, then, beware.
Start now to make life decisions that won't put you in an unhealthy place later. It is hard to get fat off once you put it on.
No drastic diets - just eat healthy and exercise. Stay away from excess carbohydrates (sweets, pastas, breads).
It is great that you are concerned about your health at 14.

as a general rule...
5 feet tall = 100 pounds
add 5 pounds for each inch
then add 10-12% for a fudge factor
so you are 5 6, that puts you at 130# + 13 = 143

Yes, this is a normal weight for your height. If you are 5'6", the minimum weight a person should be is 5'6" is 124 lbs and the maximum is 155 lbs. Please note that these are ideal weights for adults over age 18. So if you are cocerned about your weight for any reason, you should consult your doctor.

That is a little too heavy for your age. You are not too young to change your life, to do something about it. You need to eat alot of protein such as lean beef and pork , chicken breast. You can bake, broil,or grill these foods. Make sure you eat your veg. You need to stay away from sugar, sodas, fried food and fast foods.
Once you do that , the next step is to exercises. If you do this and stay with it you will see results.

Yes, that is a normal weight. If you look for a BMI chart, it will tell you so. BMI is what doctors use to tell if a person is under/normal/over weight.
