a pregnancy test may fail, so after you take the at-home applicator you should go to your local "Planned Parenthood" or your doctor. You are always able to ask your doctor.
prenancy tests look for a certain pregnancy hormone in your urine. you might have that hormone, but it doesn't mean your preggie.

You betcha!! My best friend took 3 home pregnancy tests and one at the doctors... two of them home ones said negative and one said positive. And she was actually pregnant. So yes, they definitaly can fail.
Your best bet would be to go to a clinic or your doctor and get tested by having them take some of your blood. They won't give you a wrong answer like an at-home one might.

they will only come back postive if u have the pregnant hormon in ur body. some over the counter drugs can mess with them but most of the time its going to be that it says ur not pregnant when u r. there r other ways to tell if ur pregnant to. go to babycenter.com and they will give u a list

definitely...two different times I took them (different brands to), and they said I was pregnant..got my hopes up only to find out I wasn't...the only true accurate one is from your doctor.
