it;s not like I am naked infont of people all the time but even just during a physical I get one! PLEASE HELP!

If you are nude in front of people more often you will get used to seeing other naked people and it will not be sexual. I go to a nudist beach and after the first time is was like they all have different swim suits on even though we were all nude. At a physical exam you are probably the only one nude so you just have to remember that the doctor is a professional and has seen numerous people nude and you should not feel uncomfortable; therefore you should not get an erection

It is kind of hard not to get one when exposed in a sexual situation such as being in front of people naked. Sexual stimulation is a reflex thus you dont have much control over it but ignoreing it is the best way to loose it. If you do this as a dare or loss of a bet or something flaunt what you got.
