i have windows xp and i want to transfer everything to another user

Yes. The easiest way -

1) Create a folder under C:\ called Data (or whatever name you prefer).
2) Log in as user 1 and right click on My Documents.
3) Select Properties.
4) Click the "Move" button.
5) Browse for the folder you just created (C:\Data) and hit OK.
6) Click Apply.
7) Log in as User 2, right click on My Documents, click Move, browse for C:\Data, click OK and then Apply.

Now both users will use the same same folder for My Documents. Make sure anything you want to share between them is saved in this folder.

Go into windows explorer:

go to C:/

go to documents and settings

now open "YOUR USER" documents

cntrl + a

cntrl +c

now go to "OTHER USER" documents

cntrl +v

viola!
