I believe your child can start preschool @ the age of two. Preschool isn't free, and can be expensive depending on your childs age, location, and whether they'll be attending full time or part time. If you're talking about Pre-K, that is free, and you have to be 4 to start. Pre-K is not required in VA, but recommended. That's the state I live in. Hope I was helpful.

Depends on what's available in your area. I started ours in cooperative preschool at age 2. I paid for preschool, but scholarships were available. There are also a number of preschool programs that are free in the area, depending on your income level or neighborhood.

I know the age is like four i think. i think the only requirement is that the child has to be potty trained. i think you do have to pay though.
