I have tried alot of things for my face and so far, the best thing ive found is clearicel ultra. it washes your face well, yet it has acne medicine in it so it prevents/treats pimples. Also, you arent going to get very far with just washing your face. For the healtiest skin, you need to use toner and moisturiser for the best skin you can have. even if your skin is already oily, they make moisturiser for oily skin. i know this because my mom is an estitition (i dont know how to spell that lol)

There are some really good cleansers out there, the ones I have found to work well and not cost alot are from Clean & Clear and St. Ives, you can find them at any local store that has a health and beauty section. I get mine at Wal-Mart because it's cheap. Oh, and they don't dry your face out like a lot of them can.

pHisoderm $4.50 (drugstores)...if you want your pimples to go away superfast use this stuff...but your face might get alittle dry after awhile

cetaphil $9.00 (drugstores)... this stuff takes longer but your face proboble wont get dry

THEY BOTH WORK THOUGH :-)
