Try Norton anti-virus or Panda or any of the others. There are even some online scanners, but just delete the email if you are not infected yet.

That should be worth 10 points!

It is on your computer. It doesn't just reside in the email if you clicked an attachment, link or in some cases just opening it.

Run your AV and AS programs and see if they detect it. If they do the put the exact name of the infection in your google search or yahoo search and they will list many sites that will help with the removal.

If none of that works then go here and make a post with the name of the infection

Delet it first of all and run all your scans on your computer .. If you need a good free Anti-vurus scanner, let me know . i have 3 that i use . they are all compatable with each other . Also you could do a system rstore ''piont check'' to where you never got the mail, that should help you ... Good Luck
