To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I have done a lot of research on this. As, My husband and I too are trying to have a baby. It tells us to have sex every other day and also for the woman to be on bottom with a pillow under you. That way the sperm can travel quicker to the cervics. As, most sperm get killed off in the vaginal area. With the pillow under you, you have to stay in the position for 30mins. Check out Babycenter.com under preconception. I hope this helps out some.

Ok, time for a real guy to weigh in on this subject.

It may not be you. (Now there's a new concept!)

Does your hubby wear briefs or boxers? It could be that he's not producing enough "swimmers". I was a briefs guy until we went for a year without making a baby. Switched to boxers and we have three.

If he's a fitness guy it could be that the workout clothing he wears could be too restrictive.

Sounds silly, but take it from someone who's been where you are.

I know that from experience, being physically fit and emotionally stable helps. Stressing yourself whether you are or aren't does not help. Don't think too much about that and keep your eyes open to understanding your body so when your ovulating(EX: 4 days after your period your getting really wet) you have intercourse as much as possible. It helps increase the possibilities. Good Luck!

Have you tried temping your basal body temperature or using ovulation predictor kits? Using these will help you pin point when you ovulate, typically 14 days before you start your next peroid. Have you been to a doctor and gotten checked out?

If you have already confirmed that there is nothing medically wrong with you or your partner, go online to "ovulation calculation" and you will be able to find out which week you are most fertile and attempt to conceive on that week... see if that works, it worked for me.. good luck

Don’t think about it, the more you do, the more time it will take, just enjoy all the chaca-chaca you are doing, once the baby comes…. You will be too tired.

(Take hormones, buy the ovulation tester, go to your doctor)

Good luck and have fun (I remember the days….)
