IP addresses are not directly related to physical addresses. The best you can get is the address of the company that the address is issued to. You can do that search here: http://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl

Macafee has a tracking part to there security software. Go there and you can download a trial version and place the ip numbers in it and it will even tell you the internet provider and the company or person useing it.
