There was a film from the 80's i think with bin's that moved around really slow while this weird music played which sounded like telephone dial tones! Does anyone remember if so what film and even better what was the song!! I think it was remixed in the 90's rave era but not sure!

I really cannot remember the film i just remember pdeal bins moving around like robots in an office block i think they were after people or something and the music was pretty awful electronica telephone noises i cannot add any more details at all!!! SOmeone help!
