Do something that you love, or are good at. think about how you feel after that. just remember that feeling. think taht you always wanan feel like that...

I use to walk down the road with my shoulders hunched and my eyes glued to the floor. when you go out try to look at an object in the distance with your head held up, and concentrate on that, and smile while your doing that, say hello or good morning to people you meet, don`t be bothered if they don`t answer, they may lack confidences as well, start by doing the above and see how it goes on from there,

Find something new to try that you think you might be able to do, like rollerblading, making bracelets, baking cookies, etc., and then learn to do it, even if you have to go where no one can see you and even if you have to ask for help at first. When you've got that down, try something else. I think confidence comes from rising to your potential, so you have to keep raising the bar.

Listen to lots of advice and then make your own mind up. If you get it wrong you know you made the wrong choice. But at least you did it with confidence.

rory honey. learn to do something really well. and when you have done that you will realise that you are good at something.then you can learn another thing.you will feel really good and confident.

Some thing that scares you. do something that scares you everyday. get people to encourage you. Just push your self. good luck. x

Do something that you enjoy, even if you are bad, as long as you like it nothing else matters. Be yourself, don't be something your not and have fun.

you build on it. Start being chatty with peeps, asking how they day is etc.. soon it will all come naturally.
