Dean Koontz some of his books can be a bit out there but Stephen King can go into way too much detail sometimes, 5 pages about the color of someones hair is a bit much. Don't get me wrong, Stephen King is a very talented writer, and I have read most of his work (saw most also), but i would prefer to read Dean Koontz.
