Kohl's is really great. You should try to go there when they have a sale. I once bought a skirt that was originally $34 for only $2.5. It was on 70% off, then at check out, they gave you another discount. The clothes are in style and the prices are affordable. So you should check it out sometime.

E-bay. I buy A LOT of my kids clothes on there. You can get name brand clothes for about 1/2 the price, and most of the time, they are like new, or new

I would try American Eagle, Old Navy, Aeropostale, stores like that. Kids that age are starting to get into the "name brand" thing & in those kinds of stores it's idiot proof to buy fashionably because everything in there is stylish.

If by 12-14 you mean age try Old Navy, Aeropostale, alloy.com, delias.com, Express is really good especially if you're tall
