He WAS abducted by aliens, or at least invaded by them. He was that wife beating farmer that got invaded by aliens in the first Men in Black movie....no wonder he creeps some people out, I think they are back flashing to MIB.
He is my favorite character in all the Law & Order Shows. His intensity is fascinating, he is a mystery, and I love the way he leans his head to the side when he is on to something. There is also a sadness in him that makes me want to just hug him and say everything is gonna be ok.
He has created a really interesting character for himself. Kudos.

I think he's creepy!
He invades your personal space. I'm no lawyer, but I'm 99 percent sure he tramples all over a person's civil right and that he violates several amendments.
Isn't it so convenient that this man knows EVERYTHING!! From neurology to spelunking to gynecology. He knows art history. He knows physics and sewing.
No clue gets past him. He's just a bit too observant.

I like him, but he scares me. I think he was abducted by aliens as a child and they gave him super human powers. It's a thought

I think he's obnoxious, but funny. I prefer SVU.
