top 2 teams from each group in points advance

the teams are put into groups of 4. then they have to play every team in their group once. for a win= 3 points, tie= 1 point, loss=no points. the top two teams with more points pass to the next round. if there is a tie in points, the team with the highest goal difference advances.

After advancing the teams go to a round of sixteen. there they play against a winner from the other groups. here you only play once, and the only way to pass to the next round is to win. after that the team advances to the quarter finals, if they win again= semifinals, and then the final. The teams that lo0st in the semifinal play against each other for 3rd place. And then the winning teams fight for the world cup!!

It goes like this: A win = 3 points. A Draw = 1 point. A lost =0 points. If there is a tie, then they look at goals score and received.

After the group stage, it goes into overtime and if needed, penalty kicks.

It's by points...

whoever wins a game earns 3 points
If the score is a match game, the two earn 1 point
and if the team loses, he doesn't earn any points

at the end of the fist round, the two teams with the more points go to the next round...

I think the top 2 teams in each pool advance.
3 pts. for a win, 1 pt. for a tie.

If there's a tie in the end, the team with the most goals moves on.

win 3 points, draw 1 point and lose 0.
after each team has played all other teams in their group the top two teams in each group go forward to the knockout stages. a draw in the group points then is decided bt goal difference

it's by win-loss. they give you 3 points if you win, 1 if you tie. which ever two have the most points, go to the next round.

they give points to the winning team and add them up. winning teams get 3 points and if there is a +ve draw they both get 1 point i guess. the teams that lose get no points and that's the way it goes.
