BE patient - I just got a McAffee update about 2 hours ago that removed it completely.

it is a Smitfraud Trojan. I had the same thing yesterday and I took care of it on Micorsoft's forum here is the link they gave me!

I used Method 1. It worked. I also downloaded Spybot search and destroy and Ad-Aware from Download.com. Good luck!
That titan sheild was a major pain in the butt.

Go here and do the proper removal procedure. Spybot Search & Destroy and Windows Defender Beta 2 will remove it and she has you both of these programs.
