By the way Immotus if you do't know who he is can control time and he is immorta l for real. He appears at the end of Beyond Good and Evil part 4 in x-men the animated series. He is the guy who walks beside Bishop but not the janitor the guy he turns into is Immortus.

It depends on which incarnation of Onslaught you are talking about. The one before he absorbed Franklin Richards and Nate Grey, would probably lose unless he messed with Immortus' mind, like knocking him out or putting him in to a comatose state so he could not use his powers of time manipulation. But, after absorbing Franklin and Nate he would probably win, because he can warp reality and is pretty much impervious to harm. I am guessing that warping reality entails warping time, thus Onslaught would have more power on his side and with is great intellect he should win.
