first off, don't stress too much!

any business meetings i've been to, the agenda was passed out and people glanced at it to see when the breaks and lunches were scheduled and that was about it!!!

make it an outline, which is what it is. it's an outline of the meeting.

so,

I-9:00am-Greeting--department head
II-9:10 am-safety tip--John Doe
III-9:20 am-Peak Season Planning
a. Presentation of Correction of Errors by building
1. Location 1- Jane Doe
2. Location 2- Joe Schmoe
IV-9:50 am- Peak Season Planning Discussion-entire department

this is a loose copy of an agenda from one of my department meetings.
give each person their portion of the meeting to discuss their topic and try to flow one topic into the next, so you aren't skipping from one thing to another.

don't forget to schedule lunch and breaks!!!

i hope this helped.

go to office.microsoft.com; they have a ton of free templates on their site. You can download a Meeting Agenda template and just fill in the blanks using their examples.
