OMG you too? That just happened to me this morning! My boss gave me the look and I followed in the bathroom....it sucks! I don't even know why I do my hair anymore. All I can tell you is stand up tall and take it like a CHAMP!!!!! BRAVO!!!!!

If you can tell me what a "swirly" is, I can probably give you some advice. I used to work in a law firm also and I've never heard the term.

First off, ARE YOU SERIOUS? If I worked there I sure wouldn't take that ****. High Priced or not you shouldn't have to take that kind of treatment. I would find another firm and tell this firm SEE YA!!!!!
Later you could sue for emotional damages and harrassment charges. This is also a form of sexual harassment.!!!!! Also this behavior doesn't seem to me like the boss is following the code of ethics or model of behavior set by the government.

i remember a swirly being that someone pushes your head in the toilet and flushes it. you are surely making this up or you are calling something else a swirly.

any you put up with this..........why? i would never stand for that type of degregation.....this person is enjoying making you feel like and idiot! imagine what the other people in the office say about you....thats is absurd...can you imagine how nasty those toilets are? tell them no, go straight to human resources......that resiculous, i cant believe you let them do that to you!!
