I need info on sterling coffee service by J.S. Co. with "819A" on it. It was given to a bride in 1921.

A Yahoo search for "sterling silver makers" (include the quotation marks) turned up 174 results. There are a couple of sites on the first page alone that will help you identify and value your pieces. Spend an hour exploring, and you will probably find out more than you care to know about your items.

Good luck with your search.

Some still do. You may not realize that the "Baptists" are represented by a variety of churches and do not have any centralized teachings (other than the Bible and even it is interpreted independently by the local preacher). Therefore, there are some very conservative Baptist churches that still maintain prohibition against flashy or revealing clothing, body modifications, including lipstick and other forms of makeup, dancing, and the list goes on. Other baptist churches are very liberal. The majority fall somewhere between the two.
