Monitor your basal body temp. and check your cervical mucus when you are ovulating your temp will go up a degree or two and your mucus will be really stretchy and stringy.

you have to take you temp at the same time each day when you wake up. You have to do it before you get up and move and talk or kiss your honey. Keep track of it it will help you to predict your ovulation date.

Go to the site pregnancyweekly.com they helped me.

It was 2 yrs for my husband and I + because of wondering if/when it would happen we got checked out. A fertility specialist pointed out that it can take in some cases many years for all variables to be right + a pregnancy to happen. He said so long as intercourse is occurring twice weekly, no further special tricks or predictors will help any more than this. We followed his advice + tried to relax, I made sure I was healthy, moderating alcohol, eating a good diet. Then out of the blue it happened. We now have a gorgeous baby girl. Try to focus on enjoying your life + it will creep up on you.

Yes! Go get the book called: Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. (my Dr recommended it)
It will help you with all the questions and myths. We tried for 1 year and I found out my cycle was not a regular 28 day....it was 26, after we firgured it out, I got pregnant the first month! I am now 7 weeks along. Good luck

Go to your search engine and type in ovulation calender than type in your info to find out when you are ovulating and what the best dates to try for a baby are. Then just relax and have fun while trying. Also get on a good prenatal vitamin before you get preg and also take folic acid (it helps prevent birth defects)Good luck!!!

well make sure you are not on any birth control first. then the best way to conceive is to have sex. you have a better chance to get pregnant if you have sex1 to 2 weeks before your mestrual is due.
And congratulations on getting married. I had kids with my husband before we got married. we just got married last month..nine yrs later.
