I was 22 and fresh out of college, it was something I just did in the heat of the moment. And three months later I found out I was pregnant. So be careful, use protection. Only you can decide when, where, how, and with who you lose it to. But just remember that it is something that you cant take back to matter what. And it should really be with the right person and I think you should at least wait till you are a little older. Trust me as you get older things change and what you think was love at 15 doesn't seem to good anymore and love at 20 is a lot different. But all I can say is that I wish I would have done it with someone I loved, I wish my finance now could have been the one. Once you lose it, it changes you and now I wish that I could have given that gift to my finance and not have wasted it on just anyone. But I believe that you will make the right decision for yourself.

You should never base someones age on if it is best for you to lose your virginity. I lost mine when I young and regretted it, plus my parent founded out a week later and I still don't think to this day if they ever looked at me the same. Being in a steady relationship when your a teenager doesn't justify if you are ready for sex. Teenagers change their minds all the time when it comes to relationships. Wait unit you are FULLY mature before you take the next step, because you can NEVER get your virginity back!

Your virginity is something very special and of sentimental value. No other person knows what that value means to you, but yourself. I encourage you strongly if you have not lost your virginity to wait. That is a very special gift that you could offer to your husband one day and it would mean so much more to the both of you unlike just losing it with a whim. Once you lose it you cannot get it back. So if you are about to lose it be sure it is what you want and you are not pressured. However, personally I don't think I would inform my parents on that decision.

I was 13, and I was a steady relationship, I didn't tell my parents they found out one night by accident... OoO. But didn't seem to mind all that much because they knew the guy very well and we had been together for a long time.

25. I didn't tell anyone. We were dating and had been going together for about a year. It was good -- I liked it so much I came over the next day and we did it again.

You shouldn't be so worried about trying to lose your virginity. Virginity is a special gift that God gave to unmarried people. And sex is a gift God gave to MARRIED couples. You should really think about the consequences your actions could have: your parents losing their trust in you, std's, unplanned pregnancy, and most of all, God's dissapointment in you. Please don't be so eager for such a grownup thing that anyone who isn't married isn't ready for.
