Why do you think children kill?
Do you think they are just born with some type of issues or doe you think it is the parents fault…given the parents didn’t rape and beat the children everyday but if the parents were perfect parents who loved the children?

i didnt read the book but i know about mary bell. i dont think its the parents fault necessarily. what about her friend norma? nothing was wrong with her childhood either. she was the same way until she realized she might get in trouble. i think some people are just born evil or they get obsessed with certain thoughts (such as death) or actions and have an urge to do those things. they just cant get it out of their minds until they can do it even if they know its wrong. look at jeffery dahmer. he had a good childhood and loving parents.

That could be true as to why they kill..it could stem from mental problems that had nothing to do with parental treatment.
