Take short brisk walks on your breaks or after (or before) work. Other than trying to keep muscles in shape which makes for an easier delivery you shouldn't have any trouble. Your doctor can tell you more if you express your concern to him/her at your next visit. Actually my doctor told me to slow down and take it easy. The only thing he says I can do is walk to exercise and absolutely nothing that is jarring like jogging, running, horseback riding, roller coasters(that seems obvious).
One thing you can do while at your desk and no one will be able to tell is Kegel exercises. They work the muscles that support the lower pelvic region and you can feel them working when you force the flow of urine to stop before you are finished.

Exercise is good whether you are pregnant of not. Sitting for long periods of time if not good for anyone. Get up and move around for 5 minutes every hour. Take a walk at lunch or after work. You will feel better and it will be good for the baby.

Try waling and excercising on your lunch break or how about a nice evening walk? there are also classes for exercising while pregnant. Can you stand at your desk? Getting up and streching durning the day will help. You'll be fine. Eat right and get your rest. Y^ou'll find places to exercise.

it shouldnt be harmful to the baby... just excersise a little bit more when u are at home. And make sure you eat a little healthier, becuase people tend to gain wait sitting all day long... and now you are gonna also gain wait from the baby as well. SO I suggest, more excersise and a little bette eating (if you dont already)

I work at an office and confined to a desk all day. I was able to work right up until I delivered my son. I would work out every other day, though, at night. Exercising will make it easier for you during delivery...

the dr will tell you to walk a little during your pregnancy just to keep in shape but my job requires the same thing and I told my dr and she said it will not hurt you but it is good to start walking a little everyday to stay in shape so when it is time to have your baby you are not out of shape and could push longer without being out of shape I was told not to walk more than 30 minutes

I am 28 weeks and have the same job as you and to tell you the truth I don't think it is bad at all. You might get tired of sitting all day but that's about it.

You will be fine. Be thankful you have such an easy job. Just walk or ride a bike after work and on weekends.
