i care about him i would do anything for him but i put my life on hold for a while now. i just dont know how much longer to wait he hasnt done anything to get his life together its like still the same ?his friend told me that hes just being lazy? WHAT CAN I DO????

You can get on with your life and start seeing others immediately...you are waiting for a loser, and you know it. Don't be one yourself...get out there and get going. There is NOTHING you can do to help someone who is unwilling to help themselves....I have learned that the very hard way. Good luck

Well my first instinct is to tell you to get over him and move on, but if you really love him then see what you can do to help. If he doesn't want your help then maybe you should sit back and take a long look at what needs to change. It may not be worth it to wait. If it is then just hang in there and hope that he gets his head together and comes around. But either way don't stop living your life for him. You can wait for him while still enjoying life. move on. i know from experience that he won't change if he's lazy. i waited 6 months for nothing. i told him that he needed to make a decision. when he finally did, he didn't choose me. i waited all this time to let him tell me that he doesn't want me.
your ex is just using you as a second wheel. so if his first plan don't work out then he'll still have you.
move on as soon as possible before you're too attached too him. i know how it feels. but if he really cares for you. he won't ask you to put YOUR life on hold. he would put his on hold so he can get his life together.

I think you should try not to think about him so much, but to do youre own thing. Usualy when a guy doesn't get a reaction from a girl in days or weeks he usualy becomes more attractive to her. I would not speak to him for awhile and see if he contacts me. If he doesn't then I would move on, cause then that means he is just keeping you around till sonmeones else comes along.

move on. concentrate on your future. dont hold your past. then you'l never get to experience outside the world. find someone else who will love, care,and be there for u. if ur ex hasnt changed. then he will never change. ppl cant change in one day. whatevr his problem is.. its takin a long time. hes holding u on and dragging u on. dont waste your time. go out find new ppl. have fun.
