can you swim while on your period? and how do you best stop leaks?

Having a period is not a disease so carry on with your usual activities. Use a tampon but push the string into you as well. Change it when you get dressed though. No-one else needs to know.

Yes, definitely. Use a tampon. The only thing is that after you get out of the water you have to change it but you get to have some fun in the water and you will not have a red line swimming behind you. You just have to change it with new one as soon as you get out of the water.

Sure you can, you just need to use a tampon. If your period is very heavy you may want to hold off on the swimming until it lightens up.

You can go for swim using tampon but avoid if you can so that the swimming pool remains clean. If others know that you are menstruating, they will not feel like swimming with you.

Yes.. Try tampons or the newer Instead product. I will say you may want to try the Instead beforehand to get the hang of it. Instead works as a barrier/cup and looks like a diaphram. They are really a great idea and I personally prefer them to tampons myself.

I think swimming is not an urgent work so no need to do anything besides ,during your period ,you may feel unhealthy..

Yeah girlfriend, wear a tampon...just make sure the string is not hanging out of your swimsuit!!

You can if you use a tampon instead of a pad.Buy the ones for heavy flow and you shouldn't have a problem.
