First off, clear as much of the outside as possible. After you clear the buildings, practice running out of the basement and out of the house a few times, to get familiar with the pattern.
Get at the bottom of the stairs (or as close as possible), set the bomb, and RUN!!!!
Also, if you get the highest upgrades to your weapons and upgrade your shooting and health stats, that will help you significantly!!!!

Get a tommy gun or one of the upgrades for it and clear out the courtyard of the compound. Run inside and clear out whoever shows up. Run down to the basement and clear out those enemies and set the bomb. Run out of the building without shooting anyone else(it wastes time) and watch your work explode. There will be more enemies outside tho.
