I'm sorry, but your use of the word thinking is far too liberal (sorry, I can't find a thesaurus to come up with a less tasteless word and I really don't feel like firing up Microsoft word right now.)
And if someone is "alright" with gays, as in they believe that gays deserve to be treated equally, then why are they attempting to use the word as an insult? Is that hypocrisy or irony? Or is it just sheer stupidity?
