We got married in India 4 years ago. It was a traditional Hindu wedding. Presently we both are living in USA and are working. We both have our own H-1B. We have no children.

if it is a legal binding marriage recognized by theU.S. Courts. then yes.if u have a marriage license that is..If it isn't recognized as a legal binding marriage in the US.. then you are NOT considered married here..

yes - a marriage issued even out side of the united states is legal in the united states.

Yes, you can divorce in US. It is easy if both are seeking to get divorce. File your application in court and go according to the process.

yes but u need to show the marriage certificate which i am sure u have considering to get here u have to show it for immigration.
