I try to see if I feel a difference when we are having sex, but I can not tell. What does it feel like???

If you have to ask that question the answer is...you havent yet. YOu will know because nothing else feels like that or is that intense....it will happen...just relax.

how u would know is, it is an explosive discharge of neuromuscuar tension at the height of sexual arousal that is usually accompanied by the ejaculation of semen in the male and by vaginal contractions in the female. that's how you would know if females have had an orgasm.

That is like childbirth, it's different for every woman. No gay stuff intended, you have to know your body and be in touch with yourself to know that, I could give you medical terms but that still wouldn't' t help you, learn to enjoy yourself, by yourself and then you can enjoy your partner.
