You should really check the instructions for the test you took, since all are different. However, you should disregard any results after 10 minutes, as they are probably incorrect. If you have any doubt, wait a day and take another test.

A pregnancy test has an expiration time.read on the box or instructions. It should say something about the test only being accurate for so long after it is taken. However if it said positive it is probably meaning that the person is pregnant, and I don't know if evaporation can do that or not. I would recommend taking another test and following the directions.good luck

Most positive results stay positive for 3-4 days, most negative are supposed to be disregarded in about half an hour. Most of the lines on pregnancy tests are pink.

All the tests I have seen say the you must read the reults with in 10 minutes and disregard any reults after 1 hour. I am not sure what you mean by "evaporation" lines.
