In the Control Panel, clk on Add / Remove programs and see if MSN Messenger is listed. If it isn't, it isn't installed.
If it is listed there, go to Start / All Programs and look for it there. If it is, clk on it to see if all works as it should.
If the obove doesn't fix your 'problem', give more info. for a better answer.

What? is that......... ??? i think u used windows Messenger.... try msn messenger.. though they're almost Same... Cos Xp won't come up with ready made Msn

CLIK ON TOOLS AND SEE IF THE TASKBAR IS LOCKED IF SO THEN UNLOCK IT THEN CHK AND SEE IF POPBLOCKER IS ACTIVATED IF SO....
