most dentists will pull wisdom teeth if it is necessary to do so in the middle of your pregnancy. They use local anesthesia, not much different than if you had to get stitches or something. call a local dentist and see what they say.

I wouldn't think so. Because most of the time they sedate you during the surgery (pulling your teeth). I personally don't think its a good idea but consult with your OBGYN.
