I do not like the spam coming through my e-mail "jamming" up my quota.
what can I do to prevent this?

Most of your junk email should already go into your bulk folder but for those of the ones that don't... go into your inbox and chose the email that you don't want to recieve, click on it, (make sure there is a check mark next to the email) and click on the SPAM button near the top of your email (next to buttons like delete and move to folder). Also make sure that your spam filter is turned on. When you click Yahoo!mail, then chose Options, then click Spam Protection and check settings there. Hope that makes a little bit of sense! lol, good luck!

You can download ZoneAlarm pro.It is a powerfull program.It has all the things you need:Anti-Virus,Anti-Spam,Junk Email protection(Very powerfull) and aslo IM checker.
