Technology simply is. Like feelings - technology is not inherently "appropriate / inappropriate". It's all in how it is applied. Again, like feelings, technology only becomes "inappropriate" if acted on or used in an inappropriate way. BTW - "appropriate/inappropriate" is a maddeningly ambiguous term. Who decides what is "appropriate/inappropriate". Be more precise.

It's inappropriate when the person that needs or has to use it, can't type, learn to type, spell, or function enough to be able to use it.
