during the conversation try nd find out what the other person likes. Then try and include a bit of this in yuor conversation.
After all you should be trying to entertain them!

ask questions that get them to talk about themselves.
Ask about difficult things like would they bungie jump, would they go caving, would they cook a roast dinner, have they eaten chicken cooked in coke or orange juice, looked for pictures in clouds, watced a camp fire burn at night. Ask about specific experiences that they have had.
If you are a dearing person, lean closer and ask if the person went out without underwear, or similer.
It's easy to ask questions.

try listening towhat the other person is saying. we all have a story to tell ask interesting questions - how about 'who would you invite to dinner - living or dead?
